memeorandum: A newfangled news tangle
I saw this posted on Scobleizer and it is fancinating. Best way to explain it is that it is a kind of Zeitgeist for current news. I’ve only spent about five minutes looking at it, so I think tracking it over a day or so will really give me an idea of its value.
Probably the toughest thing about the Web is keeping track of “what’s hot”. What are the current memes that are circulating. The trick, I think, is to try to catch the beginning of a meme and watching it grow.
