Sir Tim! If there is one man in this world who has changed it so much in so little time (only ten years!), Tim Berners-Lee is the man. This is an honour well deserved. All because Berners-Lee is dyslexic and wanted a new way to organize information in a way and structure that made sense to him.

All hail Sir Tim, knight of HTTP!

Tim Berners-Lee, the British inventor of the world wide web, has received his knighthood from the Queen.

The “father of the web”, who already has an OBE, went to Buckingham Palace to get his reward for “services to the global development of the internet”.
